What personal data we collect and why we collect it
You can visit our websites without giving any personal information. For fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR we pass on your data to the transportation company responsible for the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward payment data collected to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and any payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payments or to the selected payment service.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by a message to the contact option described below or via a designated function in the customer account.
